摘　　要： 回顾分析1例发生于左颈根部的乳糜囊肿,并结合相关文献进行讨论。于B超引导下行局部硬化注射治疗,治疗后囊肿明显缩小,颈部外形改善、组织器官压迫现象缓解。 A case of chylous cyst at the root of left neck was retrospectively analyzed.The cervical chylous cyst was treated with sclerotherapy under B-ultrasound.After treatment,the cyst was significantly reduced,the appearance of the neck was improved,and compression of adjacent tissue and organs was relieved.
