摘　　要： 地方高校的应用型人才培养模式必须突出实践性特点。在分析现状基础上,从培养方案、实践平台、教学方法和教学管理四个方面提出全方位内涵实践的人才培养模式,并阐述了具体做法。 The training mode for applied talents of local university must have practical feature. Based on the analysis of existing condition,the talent training mode contained practice,including teaching plan,practical platform,teaching method and teaching management,is posed and its concrete method is stated.
