摘　　要： 在对中储股份供应链金融业务风险事件案例研究的基础上,从信用风险、质押物风险、人员风险和企业内部控制风险与信息风险四个方面总结归纳了供应链金融业务运作风险产生的原因。随后,从融资企业选择风险控制、质押物风险控制、人员风险管理、完善内部管理与提升信息化水平等四个方面提出了控制运营风险的对策与建议,研究结论对物流企业防范与控制类似的供应链金融业务运营风险具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。 In this paper, with China Materials Storage and Transportation (CMST) as the research object, we studied several cases of risk exposures of its supply chain financing business, then summarized the causes of the operational risks from the aspects of credit, collateral, personnel, and internal control, and information, and at the end, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for controlling the operational risks from the angles of borrowing enterprise screening, collateral selection, personnel control, and internal management and informatization improvement.
