摘 要: 对分级破碎机的弓形齿板进行改进与制作,在齿板下平面中心位置设计一长条形凸台,并与齿座中相对应的凹槽相配合,以此来减少齿板与齿座联接螺栓的剪切力,使紧固螺栓不易松动和断裂。为了减少维修工作量,将弓形齿板上的破碎齿改成可更换的破碎齿,实现弓形齿板本体长期使用,破碎齿磨损或破裂后随时更换。 The bow-shaped tooth plate of the grading crusher was improved and manufactured. A long strip -shaped convex platform is designed at the center of the lower plane of the tooth plate and matched with the corresponding grooves in the tooth seat, so as to reduce the shear force of the connecting bolt between the tooth plate and the tooth seat and make the fastening bolt not easy to loosen and break. In order to reduce the maintenance workload, the broken teeth on the bow-shaped tooth plate are replaced by replaceable broken teeth. The bow-shaped tooth plate body was used for a long time, and the broken teeth are replaced at any time after wear and tear.
