摘　　要： 坚持创造性转化和创新性发展是新时代我党对待优秀传统文化的一项基本方针。在高校"思想政治理论课"的教学中推动优秀传统文化的"转化"与"发展",必须明确新时代高校弘扬中华优秀传统文化的要求,理解传统文化与高校思想政治教育的关系,把握"转化"与"发展"的条件和实施步骤。在现有思想政治教育体系框架内有机地融入中华优秀传统文化,实现增强思政课教学效果和弘扬优秀传统文化的双重目标。 Adhering to creative transformation and innovative development is a basic principle for our Party to handle excellent traditional culture in the new era. In order to promote the "transformation" and "development" of excellent traditional culture in the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges universities, it is necessary to clarify the requirements of carrying forward Chinese excellent traditional culture in colleges and universities in the new era, understand the relationship between traditional culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and grasp the relevant conditions and steps.In the framework of the existing ideological and political education system, the organic integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture can achieve the dual goals of enhancing the teaching effect of ideological and political courses and promoting excellent traditional culture.
