摘　　要： 目的探讨老年严重多发伤患者应用999应急创伤体系进行干预后的救治成功率。方法选择医院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的150例老年严重多发伤患者作为实验对象,采用抽签法分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75);确定救治方案期间,对照组选择创伤救治原则完成;观察组应用院内999应急救治原则完成。结果在现场救治至转送入院时间、院前救治时间以及院内救治时间方面,观察组分别为(24. 39±4. 23) min、(30. 39±9. 72) min和(81. 66±21. 83) min,明显短于对照组,具有统计学意义(t=12. 310 6,3. 189 5,2. 242 7,P <0. 05);对照组致残率、成功率以及死亡率分别为20. 00%、70. 67%和9. 33%,观察组分别为6. 67%、92. 00%和1. 33%,观察组致残率和死亡率均明显低于对照组(x^2=5. 769 2,4. 753 5,P <0. 05),成功率明显高于对照组(x^2=11. 241 2,P <0. 05);观察组满意度为98. 67%,明显高于对照组(82. 67%),具有统计学意义(x^2=11. 344 5,P <0. 05)。结论老年严重多发伤患者应用院内999应急创伤救治原则可以缩短患者现场救治至转送入院时间、院前救治时间以及院内救治时间,降低治疗致残率以及死亡率,提高治疗成功率以及提高干预满意度。 Objective To explore the success rate of the treatment after intervention of the combined 999 emergency trauma system in elderly patients with severe multiple trauma.Methods 150 patients with severe multiple trauma in the elderly from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75)by lottery;during the treatment plan,The control group chose the principle of trauma treatment to complete;the observation group applied the hospital 999 emergency treatment principle.Results In the field of treatment to transfer time,pre-hospital treatment time and hospital treatment time,the observation group was(24.39±4.23)min,(30.39±9.72)min and(81.66±21.83)min,which was significantly shorter than the control group.Statistical significance(t=12.310 6,3.189 5,2.242 7,P<0.05);the morbidity,success rate and mortality of the control group were 20.00%,70.67%%and 9.33%,respectively,and the observation group was 6.67%,92.00%and 1.33%,the morbidity and mortality of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(χ^2=5.769 2,4.753 5,P<0.05),the success rate was significantly higher than the control group(χ^2=112 412,P<0.05);It was 98.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group(82.67%),which was statistically significant(χ^2=11.344 5,P<0.05).Conclusion In the elderly patients with severe multiple injuries,the application of the hospital 999 emergency trauma treatment principle can shorten the on-site treatment to the time of hospital admission,pre-hospital treatment time and hospital treatment time,reduce the treatment disability rate and mortality,improve the treatment success rate and improve the intervention satisfaction.
