静电纺丝蛋白纳米纤维膜的改性研究进展

摘  要: 采用静电纺丝技术制备蛋白纳米纤维膜,并应用于生物医用材料当中,能充分发挥天然蛋白无免疫原性、促进伤口愈合等生物学功能,为开拓天然蛋白在生物医学领域中的应用奠定基础。但由于蛋白质分子量小,可纺性差,在水中容易溶失。制成的膜材料力学性能差且不具备抑菌性能,所以无法满足理想生物医用材料的要求。从改善蛋白纳米纤维膜的综合性能出发,详细综述了蛋白纳米纤维膜的共混改性、交联改性以及无机纳米改性的研究进展,以期为制备出理想的蛋白纳米纤维膜提供有益参考。 The protein nanofibers prepared by electrospinning technology can be used in biomedical materials. With favorable biological function,such as promoting wound healing and non-immunogenicity,natural protein has wide application potentials in the biomedical field. While due to their low molecular weight and poor spinnability,the mechanical property of nanofibers is poor.Moreover,protein nanofibers don't have antibacterial property and they are easily dissolved in water. All above indicate that protein nanofibers are unable to meet the requirements of ideal biomedical materials. Thus the current status and progress of protein nanofibers modification,such as blending,cross-linking,and inorganic nano-modification were summarized.
