二次加热对热拌沥青混合料性能的影响

摘  要: 为评价二次加热对沥青混合料性能的影响,提高试验室检测结果的准确性,本文分别采用AC-13、AC-20、AC-25和SMA-13四种沥青混合料在即拌即用条件下和烘箱分阶段二次加热的条件下进行车辙试验、沥青混合料低温劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验和沥青混合料常温劈裂试验。试验结果表明二次加热之后,沥青混合料的的高温稳定性有所提高,低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗老化性能出现下降。试验室试验中应考虑二次加热的影响,并通过采取合适的加热方式降低二次加热对沥青混合料性能的影响。 In order to evaluate the effect of secondary heating on properties of asphalt mixture and improve the accuracy of laboratory test results, AC-13, AC-20, AC-25 and SMA-13 the four asphalt mixtures were subjected to rutting test, low temperature splitting test of asphalt mixture, immersion Marshall test and splitting test at room temperature which experiments were taken under the conditions of ready-to-use and secondary heating. The results show that the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture was improved after secondary heating, and the low temperature crack resistance, water stability and anti-aging performance decrease. The effect of secondary heating should be considered in the laboratory test and the effect of secondary heating on the performance of the asphalt mixture can be reduced by taking appropriate heating.
