摘 要: 随着居民分布式太阳能并网发电在电网的发电比重不断增加,提高屋顶光伏发电系统的发电效益是目前的重点内容。本论文介绍采用高效PERC太阳电池屋顶光伏系统的设计及能效分析。首先建立采用高效PERC单晶太阳电池,总功率为9.15 k W,占地50 m2的屋顶光伏系统。其次,利用PVsyst@进行设计模拟,在光伏组件排布方式相同的情况下,研究棚户式和阵列式等不同屋顶的发电效益。对比仿真模拟和系统实测结果,发现采用高效PERC电池棚户式设计方案,在相同的气象资源、占地面积下,较常规太阳电池阵列式设计方案,光伏系统的转换效率提高65%。 With the increasing proportion of the distributed solar grid connected generation in the grid,improving the power generation efficiency of the roof photovoltaic power generation system is the focus of the current. This paper introduces the design and energy efficiency analysis of the roof photovoltaic system using an efficient PERC solar cell. First of all,the establishment of efficient PERC single crystal solar cells,the total power of 9. 15 k W,covering 50 m2 of the roof photovoltaic system. Secondly,the design simulation of PVsyst @ is carried out,and the generation efficiency of different roofs such as shanty and array types is studied under the same arrangement of PV modules. Comparison of simulation and system test results,found by high performance PERC cells and shanty design scheme,with the same meteorological resources and area,compared with conventional solar cells photovoltaic system,improve the conversion efficiency of 65%.
