摘　　要： 罗颂平教授认为,卵巢恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制属中医'血虚'、'虚劳'范畴,属于慢性疾病,其病机主要与正气虚损、气血亏虚、肾虚精亏密切相关,应用膏方治疗具有明显优势。罗颂平教授在中医理论指导及前人治验的基础上,结合我科在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗副作用防治方面的经验临床实践,以扶正益气补血、健脾益肾生髓为法,创制出扶正补血生髓膏方,临床效果显著。本文主要阐述罗颂平教授对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间骨髓抑制的病因病机的认识,扶正补血生髓膏方的组方原则,并列举临床应用验案。 Professor Luo Songping believes that post-chemotherapy bone marrow suppression in patients with ovarian malignant tumor belongs to the category of'lood deficiency'and'consumptive disease'in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Post-chemotherapy bone marrow suppression is a kind of chronic diseases,and its pathogenesis is mainly related to healthy Qi deficiency,insufficiency of Qi and blood,deficiency of kidney essence,so cream formulae are suitable for its treatment.Based on the theory of TCM and the clinical experiences of the predecessors together with the achievement of the Center for Women and Children in preventing and treating the chemotherapy-induced side effects of women malignant tumors as well as her own clinical experience,Professor Luo Songping created the Fuzheng Buxue Shengsui Cream Formula for supporting healthy Qi,strengthening Qi and nourishing blood,and invigorating spleen,nourishing kidney to promote bone marrow production,and achieved remarkable clinical effects.In this paper,we mainly expound professor Luo Songping’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of bone marrow suppression in patients with ovarian malignant tumor during chemotherapy,as well as the principles for the establishment of Fuzheng Buxue Shengsui Cream Formula and the examples of its clinical application.
