摘　　要： 人民币跨境资本流动规模和结构的升级是人民币国际化中长期战略中重要的一步。近些年随着人民币跨境资本流动规模的扩大,人民币离岸汇率的变化也呈现较为复杂的特征,为确保跨境资本流动对货币供应"中性"影响的政策目标,有必要对跨境资本流动进行多维度分析。本文从国际收支角度和资本流向的角度进行了深入分析,为跨境资本流动的合规性管理提供了分析的基础。 The upgrading of the scale and structure of RMB cross-border capital flow is an important step in the long-term strategy of RMB internationalization.In recent years,with the growth of RMB cross-border capital flow,the fluctuation of RMB offshore exchange rate also reveals complex characteristics.In order to achieve the policy objective of“neutral”influence of cross-border capital flows on money supply,it is necessary to conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of cross-border capital flows.This paper makes an in-depth analysis from the perspective of payments balance and capital flow,and provides an analytical basis for the compliance management of cross-border capital flow.
