摘　　要： 调查了台湾地区高水平大学图书馆馆长的任职现状,分析了现任馆长的个人基本信息、教育背景与职业经历等,并与大陆地区“985”高校图书馆馆长的任职信息进行了比较研究。研究结果表明,台湾地区高校图书馆对现任馆长任职信息网上公开的信息内容全面,具有多元化和个性化等特点。在此基础上,提出了需要深入探讨的几个现实问题。 The article investigates the status of the chief librarians’appointment of high-level university libraries in Taiwan,China and analyzes their basic information,educational background and professional experiences.The results are compared with the personal information of the“985”university chief librarians in the mainland.The research shows that the high-level university libraries in Taiwan have put online the information on the current chief librarian’s appointment,and the information is comprehensive,diversified and personalized.On this basis,several practical problems that need to be discussed in depth are put forward.
