摘 要: 近年来随着我国建筑工业化的不断推进,装配式建筑成为发展趋势。为加快房屋交付,相关建设公司常在预制建筑项目中采用建筑信息模型(BIM)和射频识别(RFID)等先进技术。为使利用BIM系统和RFID获得的信息在建筑相关方之间实现共享,通过使用RFID网关操作系统提供数据源互操作性服务及决策支持服务等系统服务,开发一种基于物联网(IoT)的多维预制建筑信息管理系统平台,实现预制结构实时可见性和可追溯性。对该系统先进性和有效性进行试点工程实践,结果表明通过使用该系统,信息记录使用纸张数量平均降低48.3%,物流等待时间缩短25%,现场装配时间缩短6.67%。 In recent years,with the continuous advancement of building industrialization in China,the development of fabricated con⁃struction has become an inevitable trend.To accelerate home delivery,the relevant construction companies have adopted advanced technologies in some prefabricated construction projects,including building information modeling(BIM)and radio frequency identifi⁃cation(RFID).In order to enable the information obtained by the BIM system and RFID to be shared between the building related par⁃ties,this paper introduces the development of an Internet of Things(IoT)-based multi-dimensional prefabricated building information management system platform by using the RFID gateway operating system,providing data source interoperability services and system services such as decision support services,so that the prefabricated structure can be seen in real time and become traceable.Finally,the advanced nature and effectiveness of the system is proved through a pilot project,the results of the pilot project show that by using the system,the amount of paper used for recording information is reduced by an average of 48.3%,the logistics waiting time is reduced by 25%,and the assembly time has been reduced by 6.67%.
