摘　　要： 高校科研工作不仅体现了高校的管理发展水平,也是为国家实现创新性发展积聚力量的有效途径,更承担着为社会培养大量创新型优秀人才的重要责任。如何从科研评价角度出发,做好科研管理体系的再构建工作,成为当前高校面临的重要课题。文章分析了高校科研工作的主要定位,总结了高校科研管理的主要内容,然后基于评价视角分析了高校科研管理的主要问题,并探讨了管理体系构建的途径,从而为高校科研管理工作提供发展思路。 The scientific research work in colleges and universities not only reflects the level of management development of colleges and universities, but also is an effective way for the country to achieve innovative development, and it also bears an important responsibility for cultivating a large number of innovative talents for the society. How to carry out the re-construction of scientific research management system from the perspective of scientific research and evaluation has become an important issue facing colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the main positioning of scientific research in colleges and universities, summarizes the main contents of scientific research management in colleges, and then analyzes the main problems of scientific research management in colleges based on the perspective of evaluation, and discusses the ways of management system construction, thus providing development ideas for scientific research management in universities.
