摘　　要： 目的:观察高频超声对手屈指肌腱完全断裂吻合术后粘连的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2018年7月～2018年12月期间进行四肢肌腱探查吻合术的患者60例为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者给予常规手屈指肌腱完全断裂吻合术。观察组术式同对照组,术中使用高频超声。观察两组患者手术时间、出血量、手术切口长度、术后粘连发生率,临床疗效。结果:观察组患者手术时间和术中出血量低于对照组,手术切口长度短于对照组,观察组术后粘连发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后患者恢复优良率为90.00%,明显高于对照组66.67%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声能够提高手屈指肌腱完全断裂吻合术临床疗效,减少术后粘连的发生。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of high frequency ultrasound on adhesion after complete rupture and anastomosis of flexor digitorum tendon.Method 60 patients who underwent tendon exploration and anastomosis from July 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected for clinical study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine complete rupture and anastomosis of flexor digitorum tendon.The observation group was operated on the same way as the control group.High frequency ultrasound was used during the operation.The operation time,amount of bleeding,length of incision,incidence of adhesion and clinical efficacy were observed.Results The operative time and bleeding volume of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the length of incision was shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of postoperative adhesion was 3.33%,significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%,P<0.05),and the recovery rate of patients in the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group(66.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can improve the clinical effect of complete rupture and anastomosis of flexor digitorum tendon and reduce the incidence of postoperative adhesion.
