摘　　要： 给农产品第三方物流服务商的选择过程提供科学依据,从错误损失的角度按照建立评价指标体系、确定错误函数、计算损失、方案排序选优的步骤提出一种新的决策方法。研究结果表明:农产品第三方物流服务商的选择受服务质量、物流成本、服务能力、企业发展前景四大因素的制约;决策者期望是否得到满足决定"错误"是否发生,决策者期望的被满足程度决定了错误值的大小;损失值的大小跟错误值和极限损失值两者关系极为密切。 To provide scientific basis for the selection of third party logistics(TPL)provider for agricultural products,a new selection method is proposed following the procedure of establishment of the evaluation index system,determination of the error function,calculation of the loss,ranking and selection of the alternatives from the perspective of error loss.Results show that the selection of TPL providers for agricultural products is subject to four factors of service quality,logistics costs,service capabilities and enterprise development prospects.The“error”happens only when the decision maker's expectation is not met.The extent to which the decision maker's expectation is satisfied determines the value of the error.The loss value is closely related to the value of error and the limit loss value.
