摘 要: 目的:制定科学管理措施,逐步降低医用耗材占比和医院运营成本。方法:通过分析限制使用医用耗材引发的负面影响以及管理现状,采取整合医用耗材目录、应用目标考核管理理论分类设置降耗比的目标值、引进SPD(Supply Processing Distribution)模式优化医用耗材物流管理流程、统一招标采购增大议价空间的措施进行医用耗材管理。结果:医用耗材供货单价平均下降了10%,医用耗材占比开始降低。结论:采取的管理措施既有效地降低了耗占比,又加强了对医用耗材的全程管理。 Objective To develop a set of management measures to gradually reduce the proportion of medical consumables and hospital expenditure. Methods Considerations were taken on the negative effects of restricting medical consumables as well as their management, and then some measures were put forward to enhance medical consumables management including integrating medical consumables catalog, setting the target value of consumables proportion by target management theory,optimizing medical consumables logistics management procedure by introducing SPD mode, and increasing bargaining space by unified bidding procurement. Results The medical consumables had the unit prices reduced by 10%, and the proportion began to decrease. Conclusion The proportion of medical consumables is cut down efficiently by the measures taken, and the whole-course management is improved.
