摘 要: 基于方钢管混凝土数值分析的研究方法与等效替换的原则,提出横置后浇方钢管混凝土施工模拟的数值分析方法;运用"追踪单元技术"与"生死单元技术"对横置后浇方钢管混凝土的施工过程进行仿真模拟,并对形成刚度的钢管混凝土进行轴压性能分析;引入施工影响系数κ,探讨混凝土强度、钢材强度、厚径比、长细比等参数对横置后浇钢管混凝土力学性能的影响;通过大量有限元模型拟合出施工影响系数κ计算式,并提出横置后浇方钢管混凝土轴压中长柱极限承载力计算方法。分析结果表明:施工影响系数κ与厚径比、长细比关系密切,横置后浇方钢管混凝土承载力计算值与检验模型计算结果吻合较好。 Based on the research method of numerical analysis on concrete-filled square steel tube and the principle of equivalent replacement,the numerical analysis method of construction simulation of post-cast horizontal concrete-filled square steel tube was put forward. With the application of "tracking system technique " and "birth-death element technique",the construction process of post-cast horizontal concrete-filled square steel tube was simulated,and the performance of the concrete-filled steel tube whose stiffness was formed under axial compression was analyzed. In order to investigate the strength of concrete,strength of steel,thickness-diameter ratio and slenderness ratio's effects on mechanical properties of post-cast horizontal concrete-filled steel tube,the construction influence factor κ was introduced. The formula of construction influence factor κ was evaluated by a large number of the finite element model analysis. And the formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of post-cast horizontal concrete-filled square steel tubular long columns was put forward. The analysis results showed that the construction influence factor κ had a close relationship with the thickness-diameter ratio and slenderness ratio,and the results of the bearing capacity were in good agreement with the finite element model's calculation results.
