摘　　要： 目的观察补阳还五汤胶囊制剂(消栓肠溶胶囊)对症状性颅内大动脉狭窄(s ICAS)的治疗效果。方法将60例s ICAS患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予口服阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg/次,1次/d,辛伐他汀片20 mg/次,1次/d。观察组在此基础上加用消栓肠溶胶囊2粒/次,3次/d。均治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后一般指标、血流储备、NIHSS评分、脑血管事件的发生情况及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果观察组总有效率96.9%,高于对照组的89.5%(P<0.05),与对照组相比,血流储备显著增加(P<0.05),NIHSS评分显著减少(P<0.05),hs-CRP含量显著减少(P<0.05),MMP-9含量显著减少(P<0.05),SOD含量显著增加(P<0.05),MDA含量显著减少(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤胶囊制剂(消栓肠溶胶囊)对s ICAS具有一定的治疗作用,能明显改善血管环境和减少脑细胞损伤,缓慢其进展。 Objective To study of the effect of Buyang huanwu decoction capsules（Thrombolytic enteric-coated capsules） on cerebrovascular reserve in patients with intracranial large artery stenosis（s ICAS）. Methods 60 patients with s ICAS were randomly divided into trial group（n=30） and control group（n=30） according to random number table method. The control group was given oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg（qd） and simvastatin tablets 20 mg（qd）. On the basis of this, the test group was supplemented with two tablets of Thrombolytic enteric-coated capsule（tid）. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The general indexes, blood flow reserve, NIHSS score, cerebrovascular events and hs-CRP, MMP-9, SOD and MDA contents were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.9%, which was higher than that in the control group（89.5%）（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the blood flow reserve was significantly increased（P〈0.05）, the NIHSS score was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, hs-CRP, MMP-9 content was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, SOD content was increased significantly（P〈0.05） and MDA content was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu detection capsule（Thrombolytic enteric-coated capsule） has a certain therapeutic effect on s ICAS, which can significantly improve the vascular environment and reduce brain cell damage, and ease s ICAS progress.
