摘　　要： 目的观察扶正减毒方防治非小细胞肺癌化疗所致骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法采用完全随机化方法,将120例非小细胞肺癌患者分成治疗组(扶正减毒方加化疗组)和对照组(单纯化疗组),观察扶正减毒方对非小细胞肺癌化疗的骨髓抑制发生率、卡氏评分(karnofsky performance status,KPS)、FACT-L量表的影响。结果化疗2个周期结束后,治疗组白细胞、粒细胞及血小板Ⅰ-Ⅳ度毒性反应人数较对照组减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组骨髓抑制发生率为75.00%,对照组为93.33%,治疗组低于对照组,差异无统计学意义;治疗组Ⅲ-Ⅳ度骨髓抑制程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间患者KPS评分变化比较,治疗组KPS评分较对照组改善且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组化疗前后患者生理状况及功能状况较治疗前有改善,部分结果有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同组别间生理模块改善治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用扶正减毒方加化疗与单纯化疗相比,能够有效减轻化疗所致骨髓抑制的发生率及提高生存质量。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Jiedu Formula in preventing and treating bone marrow suppression induced by chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with NSCLC were divided into treatment group and control group by complete randomization method.The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Formula assisting double platinum-containing agent chemotherapy,and the control group was given chemotherapy alone. The effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Formula on the incidence of myelosuppression, Karnofsky performance status(KPS) scores, and the scores of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung(FACT-L) Questionnaire were observed. Results After 2 cycles of chemotherapy, the amount of the patients in the treatment group with grade I-IV toxicity in leukocytes,granulocytes and platelets was decreased in comparison with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The incidence of myelosuppression in the treatment group was 75.00%, and that in the control group was 93.33%. The treatment group had lower incidence of myelosuppression than the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. The degree of myelosuppression in the treatment group was milder than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference of KPS scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01). After treatment,the physiological status and functional status in the treatment group were improved as compared with those before treatment,and the differences of some of the indicators were statistically significant(P < 0.01). The improvement of physiological indicators in the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion Fuzheng Jiedu Formula combined with chemotherapy is more effective than chemotherapy alone on inducing the incidence of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression and improving the quality of li
