摘　　要： 随着高职院校产教融合校企合作的深化发展,校企文化融合的精神引领作用日趋显现,探索协同优化'2+1'模式下的校-跨国名企文化融合,引领践行校企联合人才培养直通车,协同创新培养电梯产业国际化人才,获得预期成效。 With the deepening development of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges,the leading role of the spirit of school-enterprise integration is increasingly apparent,exploration on optimizing the cultural integration of school-multinational well-known enterprises under synergies"2 +1"mode,leading the practice of joint school-enterprise training through train,collaborative innovation train international talents in elevator industry, and has achieved the expected results.
