摘　　要： 整理了黄培新教授从风邪和痰浊治疗多种神经内科疾病的经验。黄培新教授认为风邪和痰浊是多种神经内科疾病的重要病因,风邪致病发病迅速,易致动摇症状,痰浊致病多样、病势缠绵;对于动脉粥样硬化、后循环缺血眩晕、短暂性脑缺血发作、癫痫、面肌痉挛、周围性面神经炎、三叉神经痛等神经内科疾病,在辨证论治的基础上要重视风痰的致病作用,可运用熄风祛痰法进行治疗,以拓宽临床辨治思路。 The experience of Professor HUANG Pei-Xin in treating neurological diseases from the perspective of wind pathogen and phlegm turbidity was summarized.Professor HUANG Pei-Xin believes that the wind pathogen and phlegm turbidity are the two significant pathogens for neurological diseases.The wind pathogen can cause the onset of diseases rapidly and result into the manifestations of shaking,and phlegm turbidity usually results into various kinds of weird and lingering diseases.During the treatment of neurological diseases such as atherosclerosis,vertigo due to posterior circulation ischemia,transient ischemic attack,epilepsy,hemifacial spasm,Bell’s palsy,and trigeminal neuralgia,Professor HUANG Pei-Xin stresses the importance of wind pathogen and phlegm turbidity in the pathogenesis of neurological diseases,and usually adopts the therapy of extinguishing wind and eliminating phlegm based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.
