智能化行为管理系统在手术室护理质控管理中的应用

摘  要: 目的分析智能化行为管理系统在手术室护理质控管理中的应用效果,为手术室护理管理提供指导。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院手术室40名护理人员作为研究对象。2018年6月开始,手术室采用智能化行为管理系统对护理人员进行管理。观察实施前后护理人员分配、手术物品、设备分配、护理质量、绩效考核评分及满意度的差异。结果实施后护理人员择期手术准时开台率、执行手术安全核查率及准时到达手术室率均为100.0%,明显高于实施前的85.0%、80.0%和85.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员的手术物品准确定位、准确统计设备使用时间、敷料周期、正确准备手术物品及设备完好率均为100.0%,明显高于实施前的77.5%、80.0%、82.5%、75.0%和85.0%,而一次性耗材过期失效率为0,则明显低于实施前的17.5%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后器械准备合格率和无菌物品合格分别为100.0%、95.0%,明显高于实施前的85.0%和80.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员应急能力和服务态度等绩效考核评分分别为(9.14±0.58)分、(9.01±0.79)分,明显高于实施前的(8.00±1.03)分和(8.06±0.92)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者的总满意度为92.5%,明显高于实施前的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能化行为管理系统可明显提高手术室护理效率,减少或避免手术室事物,增强工作责任心,提高护理满意度,在临床中值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the application effect of intelligent behavior management system in nursing quality control management in operating room, and provide guidance for nursing management in operating room. Methods A total of 40 gynecological nurses were selected as research subjects, who worked in the operating room of Shenzhen Bao’an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. An intelligent behavior management system was adopted in the operating room since June 2018. Nurse staffing assignments, surgical items, equipment assignments, nursing quality, performance appraisal scores, and satisfaction were observed before and after implementation. Results The nursing staff’s punctual opening rate for scheduled surgery(100.0% vs 85.0%), the safety check rate for performing surgery(100.0% vs 80.0%), and the punctual arrival rate(100.0% vs 85.0%) were all significantly higher after the implementation than before the implementation(all P<0.05). The accurate positioning of surgical items(100.0% vs 77.5%), accurate statistics of equipment use time(100.0% vs 80.0%), dressing cycle(100.0% vs 82.5%), correct preparation of surgical items(100.0% vs 75.0%), and equipment intact rate(100.0% vs 85.0%) were significantly after the implementation than before the implementation;while the outdated failure rate of disposable consumables was significantly lower after the implementation(0) than before the implementation(17.5%);all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality rate of qualified equipment preparation and sterile articles after the implementation were respectively 100.0% and 95.0%, which were significantly higher than corresponding 85.0% and 80.0% before the implementation(P<0.05). After the implementation, the performance appraisal scores of the nursing staff’s emergency response ability and service attitude were respectively 9.14±0.58 and 9.01±0.79, which were significantly higher than corresponding 8.00±1.03 and 8.06±0.92 before the implementation(P<0.05).
