进食与排空膀胱对基于生物电阻抗的人体成分检测的影响

摘  要: 目的探究进食和排空膀胱对基于生物电阻抗测量身体成分含量的影响,为寻求更便捷的检测方案提供依据。方法选取2018年8月在我院进行人体成分分析检测的符合纳入标准的体检者30名作为研究对象,利用基于生物电阻抗的人体成分分析仪,对同一研究对象24 h内分别在空腹、饮水350 mL后即刻、饮水排空膀胱后即刻、进餐2 h内4种状态下进行测量,比较不同状态下体质量、去脂体质量(fatfree mass,FFM)、脂肪含量、蛋白质含量、无机盐含量、骨骼肌含量、细胞外水分(extracellular water,ECW)、细胞内水分(intracellular water,ICW)、身体总水分(total body water,TBW)的差异。结果进食后的体质量明显高于空腹时、排空膀胱后,身体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)明显高于空腹时(P<0.05);4种状态下测得的脂肪质量、FFM、肌肉量、骨骼肌量、无机盐、蛋白质、TBW、ECW和ICW差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与"标准"的空腹状态下测定值比其余3种状态下人体各成分测值间成高度正相关,相关系数0.98~1.00,(P<0.05)。结论进食、饮水和排空膀胱对基于生物电阻测量身体成分含量测量值无明显影响,在使用基于生物电阻抗的人体成分分析仪测量身体前无需空腹及排空膀胱。 Objective To explore the effects of feeding and emptying bladder on the detection of human body components based on bioelectrical impedance,and provide a basis for finding a more convenient detection scheme.Methods Thirty health examinees who met the inclusion criteria for human component analysis in our hospital in August 2018 were selected as the subjects.The human component analysis instrument based on bioelectrical impedance was used to measure the same subjects within 24 hours in four states:fasting,immediately after drinking water 350 mL,immediately after bladder emptying,and within 2 hours after eating.The differences of body weight,fat content,protein content,inorganic salt content,skeletal muscle content,extracellular water(ECW),intracellular water(ICW),and total body water(TBW)were compared under different conditions.Results The body weight after eating was significantly higher than that after emptying the bladder and the body mass index(BMI)was significantly higher after eating than the fasting state(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fat weight,FFM,muscle mass,skeletal muscle mass,inorganic salts,protein,TBW,ECW and ICW among the four states(P<0.05).There was a highly positive correlation between the measured values in the"standard"fasting state and those in the other three states,with a correlation coefficient of 0.98-1.00(P<0.05).Conclusion Eating,drinking water and emptying bladder have no significant effect on the detection of human body components based on bioelectrical impedance.There is no need for fasting and emptying bladder before using bioelectrical impedance-based human component analyzer to measure body composition.
