摘　　要： 目的:探讨咽鼓管球囊扩张术在咽鼓管功能障碍患者中的应用效果情况。方法:分析广东省中山市陈星海医院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的20例(20耳)咽鼓管功能障碍患者临床资料,均采用咽鼓管球囊扩张术治疗。观察患者术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后6个月耳闷塞感、听力下降、听物朦胧感、耳鸣VAS评分情况,观察患者术前、术后6个月TMM检查的R值出现情况,观察患者术后中耳积液、鼓膜恢复情况。结果:患者术后1周、术后1个月、术后6个月耳闷塞感、听力下降、听物朦胧感、耳鸣VAS评分均低于术前,且随着时间延长逐渐下降,术后6个月临床症状VAS评分均低于术后1周、术后1个月,患者术后6个月TMM检查R值出现率高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者术后1个月复查,1例出现中耳积液,通过鼓膜穿刺后,未再出现中耳积液,其余病例鼓膜标志清晰完整。结论:咽鼓管球囊扩张术直接作用扩张咽鼓管,促进了咽鼓管通畅和功能恢复,可以解决咽鼓管功能障碍,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To study effect of laryngeal tube balloon dilation on eustachian tube dysfunction patients. Method: A total of 20 cases(20 ears) clinical data of eustachian tube dysfunction patients in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were analyzed. Laryngeal tube balloon dilation treatment were used. The VAS score of patients ear plugs, hearing loss, hearing hazy sense, tinnitus before operation after operation 1 week, 1 month, 6 month were detected. The R appearing of TMM examining before operation, after operation 6 month were detected, the middle ear effusion, tympanic membrane recovery of patients after operation were detected. Result: The VAS score of patients ear plugs, hearing loss, hearing hazy sense, tinnitus after operation 1 week, 1 month, 6 month were lower than before operation. And as time goes on, which was declined, VAS score of clinical symptoms after operation 6 month were lower than after operation 1 week, 1 month. R appearing rate of patients TMM examining after 6 month were higher than before operation, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). To reexamine of patients after operation 1 month, 1 case middle ear effusion was appeared, to tympanic puncture, which were no appeared middle ear effusion, tympanic markings of other patients were clear and intact. Conclusion: The laryngeal tube balloon dilation are direct role expansion pharyngeal tube, which promote eustachian tube fracture and function restore, which could solve eustachian tube dysfunction, safety is high, it is worth to be used.
