摘 要: 微生物法是检测维生素B12的传统方法,目前国家标准GB 5413.14-2010中采用的正是该方法。该方法尽管操作因素影响较大,但对于含量低于仪器检出限的维生素仍然需要微生物法进行测定。该方法中测试菌液的制备是关键步骤,本文通过不同培养液和静置时间探讨测试菌液的生长菌落数,为微生物法检测维生素B12的日常检验提供参考作用。 Microbiological detection of vitamin B12 is a traditional method,which is currently used in the national standard GB 5431.14-2010.Although the method has a great influence on the operation factors,the vitamins which are low in content and lower than the detection limit of the instrument still need to be determined by the microbiological method.The preparation of the test bacterial liquid in this method is a key step of the method.In this paper,the number of growth colonies of the test bacterial liquid is investigated by different culture liquids and static standing time,which provides a reference for the daily test of vitamin B12 by microbiological method.
