摘　　要： 目的:分析特应性皮炎患者外周血T细胞亚群及相关细胞因子检测结果。方法:选择2018年1—12月广州市皮肤病防治所收治的40例特应性皮炎患者作为研究组,40例健康志愿者作为对照组,对比两组受试者外周血不同T细胞亚群的占比情况与外周血不同细胞因子的表达情况。结果:研究组患者的C D4+、C D4+/C D8+显著高于对照组,但C D8+水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的IL-4、IL-10的表达水平显著高于对照组,而IL-12的表达水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特应性皮炎患者存在着较为严重的免疫紊乱,患者机体内的细胞免疫与体液免疫失衡。 Objective To analyze the detection and significance of T cell subsets and related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis.Methods A total of 40 patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to the Guangzhou Municipal Institute of Dermatology and Prevention from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy volunteers were used as the control group.The proportion of cell subpopulations and the expression of different cytokines in peripheral blood.Results The CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,but the CD8+level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the peripheral blood were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,while the expression level of IL-12 was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with atopic dermatitis do have serious immune disorders.The cellular immunity and humoral immunity in the patient's body are imbalanced.Compared with humoral immunity,the former has an advantage in patients with atopic dermatitis.
