摘　　要： 万力生教授临床治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽经验丰富,认为该病的核心病机是"风痰内伏、肺失宣肃",临床分急性期、缓解期、调理期3期辨证治疗,急性期以祛风化痰、宣肃肺气为主;缓解期益肺固表、调和营卫;调理期以健脾化痰、扶正祛邪调理体质,取得了良好的临床疗效。附典型案例1则,以资验证。 Professor WAN Lisheng has rich experience in the clinical treatment of allergic cough in children.He holds that the core pathogenesis of the disease is "internal latent wind-phlegm as well as failure of lung to disperse and depurate".The clinical treatment is divided into 3 stages,namely acute stage,remission stage and recuperation stage.The acute stage focuses on expelling wind and resolving phlegm as well as dispersing and depurating pulmonary qi;the remission stage is nourishing lung to consolidate superficies as well as regulating nutrient qi and defensive qi;and the recuperation stage is invigorating spleen to resolve phlegm as well as stengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors so as to recuperate physical fitness,which has obtained good clinical efficacy.One case is attached for verification.
