摘　　要： 目的:探讨精确放射治疗技术在老年肿瘤患者临床治疗中的运用。方法:选择我院2018年6月-2019年6月收治的100例老年肿瘤患者作为本次研究入组对象,采用随机数字表随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用传统放射治疗,研究组采用精确放射治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有1例不良反应,不良反应发生率为2.00%;对照组有7例不良反应,不良反应发生率为14.00%。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精确放射治疗技术在老年肿瘤患者临床治疗中的运用效果显著,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To explore the application of precise radiotherapy in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with cancer.Methods One hundred elderly patients with cancer who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled as subjects in this study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table,50 cases in each group.In traditional radiotherapy,the study group used precision radiotherapy to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was 1 case of adverse reaction in the study group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.00%;7 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 14.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precise radiotherapy technology in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with cancer is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
