摘　　要： 目的探讨Kegel训练法结合家属参与式护理对产妇产后盆底康复的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2017年9月间于广州市花都区人民医院分娩的112例产妇为观察对象,随机分为对照组(56例)与观察组(56例),对照组仅予以产妇常规护理措施,观察组则给予产妇Kegel训练法结合家属参与式护理,观察对比两组产妇盆底状况、盆底肌力以及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇的盆腔脏器脱垂以及尿失禁总有效率均明显高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的盆底肌力测定评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Kegel训练法结合家属参与式护理能够明显改善产妇的盆底状况,促进盆底肌力恢复,减少产后压力性尿失禁的发生率,进而提高产妇的护理服务满意度,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To study the effect of Kegel training combined with family intervention on postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation. Methods 112 pregnant women in the hospital from June,2016 to September,2017 were selected as the observation subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group(56 cases)and the observation group(56 cases). The control group only received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received Kegel training combined with family participation nursing.The differences of pelvic floor condition,pelvic floor muscle strength and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared..Results The total effective rate of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The score of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that of the con? trol group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of maternal nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con? trol group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Kegel training method combined with family participation nursing can obviously improve the status of pelvic floor,promote the restoration of pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the incidence of postpartum stress incontinence,and improve the satisfaction of nursing service of parturients. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
