摘　　要： 目的探讨聚对二氧环己酮线(PPDO线)埋置联合自体脂肪颗粒移植注射在面部年轻化中应用的临床效果。方法回顾性选取自2016年8月至2018年10月南部战区总医院整形外科收治的120例行面部年轻化手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。观察组给予PPDO线埋置联合自体脂肪填充,对照组单纯给予埋线,比较两组患者面部改善情况及满意度。结果观察组面部改善优良率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(81.7%,P <0.05);观察组患者满意度(9.27±0.87)显著高于对照组(8.10±0.92,P <0.05)。结论 PPDO线埋置可以明显改善皮肤松弛下垂的问题,而自体脂肪填充可以重塑面部轮廓,联合使用可以达到更好的效果。面部PPDO线埋置联合自体脂肪颗粒注射移植是面部年轻化方面一种安全、理想的方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combined therapy of polydioxanone(PPDO sutures embedding with autologous fat granules injection in facial rejuvenation. Methods 120 patients with facial aging operation were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in each group. Total facial improvement rate and treatment satisfaction score were compared between the observation group(PPDO sutures embedding with autologous fat filling)and the control group(PPDO sutures embedding). Results The improvement rate of facial improvement was 95.0% in the observation group,compared with 81.7% in the control group(P < 0.05). The treatment satisfaction score was 9.27 ± 0.87 in the observation group,which was higher than the control group which score was 8.10 ± 0.92(P < 0.05). Conclusions PPDO sutures embedding can significantly improve the sagging of the skin,and autologous fat filling can reshape the facial contour. The combined therapy of PPDO sutures embedding with autologous fat granules injection is a safe and ideal method for facial rejuvenation.
