分子印迹固相萃取-HPLC检测食品中痕量邻苯二甲酸酯类

摘  要: 报道一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)检测塑料瓶装水、白酒和饮料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)。以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)印迹聚合物为吸附剂,采用固相萃取法萃取复杂基体中PAEs,考察优化了萃取参数,包括样品pH和流速、淋洗剂的种类和体积、洗脱剂的种类和体积。在优化的萃取条件下,PAEs浓度的线性范围为0.10~100μg/mL,检出限(S/N=3)为0.03~0.05μg/mL,方法在塑料瓶装饮料3个水平DOP加标测定中显示好的精密度(RSD<5.5%)和高的回收率(88.7~97.2%)。 A method was reported for the determination of phthalic acid ester compounds(PAEs)in plastic bottled water,wine and beverage samples by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(SPEHPLC). The PAEs were extracted from complex matrixes by solid phase extraction(SPE)method using dioctyl phthalate(DOP)imprinted polymer as the sorbet. Several parameters including pH of the sample solution and column flow rate,the type and volume of the elution solvent,and its composition and volume were investigated and optimized. Under the optimized extraction conditions,the linear range of PAEs concentrations was 0.10-100 μg/mL. The limit of detection(s/N=3)was 0.03 ~ 0.05 μg/mL. The method showed a good precision with relative standard deviations less than 5.5% and high recoveries between 88.7 and 97.2% for three different concentrations of DOP plastic bottled beverage samples.
