摘　　要： 在新零售背景下,企业内外部环境发生了巨大的变化,为使供应链更精益,企业在追求效率和降低成本的同时,也增加了其供应链的脆弱性和风险性。为了减少和控制供应链不确定性的影响,减少供应链失控所带来的风险和损失,在分析供应链的主要风险及原因的基础上,以风险评估的理念和思路为指导,尝试将潜在失效模式和后果分析(FMEA)引入到供应链风险分析之中,设计了基于FEMA的新型供应链风险评估模型,以期为评估供应链质量,减少不确定所带来的风险提供一种定量的分析方法。 In this paper, in order to reduce and control the impact of supply chain uncertainty and reduce the risk and loss caused by supply chain havoc, based on the analysis of the main risks of the supply chain and their causes, and guided by the concept and line of thinking of risk assessment, we attempted to introduce the potential failure mode and effects analysis（FMEA） into supply chain risk analysis and designed a new supply chain risk assessment model based on FEMA so as to provide a quantitative way to evaluate the quality of the supply chain and reduce the risk caused by uncertainty.
