摘　　要： 高职教育要转型和发展,"培养什么样的人"、"怎样培养人"等问题就是首先应当解决的,应用型课程的培养目标就是解决这些问题的最佳方式。高职教育要采用产教融合的人才培养方式,培养企业真正需要的人才。基于成果导向的应用型课程构建,以工学结合、校企合作为实行机制,使课程建设的目标符合高职人才培养的目标,对于新型复合型人才的培养具有重要意义。文章介绍了成果导向理念的内涵,并指出成果导向理念下的应用型课程产出成果及建设成果评定方式。 In order to transform and develop the higher vocational education,problems such as＂what kind of person to train＂,＂how to train talents＂are the first to be solved. And the cultivating goal of the applied curriculum is the best way to solve these problems. Higher vocational education should adopt the talent cultivation method integrating industry and education,training the talents that enterprises really need. It is of great significance for the new inter-disciplinary talents＇ cultivation to construct the application-oriented curriculum based on the results,and combine engineering with colleges and enterprises as the implementation mechanism. This paper introduces the connotation of the goal-oriented concept and points out the application-oriented curriculum output and the evaluation method of the construction results.
