摘　　要： 目的:探讨观察宫颈环形电切术及宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ~Ⅲ级的临床效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年5月我院收治的82例宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ~Ⅲ级患者作为本次试验对象,其中41例采用宫颈环形电切术(环形电切组),另外41例采用宫颈冷刀锥切术(冷刀锥切组),对比其临床效果。结果:在手术时间、术中出血量、治疗费用方面,环形电切组要优于冷刀锥切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术后阴道流血时间及术后出血量方面,冷刀锥切组要明显优于环形电切组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);在术后复发率方面,冷刀锥切组要低于环形电切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ~Ⅲ级患者而言,宫颈环形电切术与宫颈冷刀锥切术均可取得不错的效果。宫颈环形电切术手术时间较短、术中出血量较少、治疗费用较低,而宫颈冷刀锥切术则在术后阴道流血时间、术后出血量方面更具优势,且复发率较低,更具临床推广意义。 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure and cervical cold knife conization in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of gradeⅡand Ⅲ.Methods：During Jane 2016 to May2017,in our hospital from 82 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅡ-Ⅲ patients as the experimental object of this study,of which 41 cases were treated with LEEP（hereinafter referred to as the＂ring cutting group＂）,the other 41 cases were treated by cold knife conization operation（hereinafter referred to as the＂cold knife conization group＂）,compared the clinical effect.Results：The amount of bleeding in operative time,treatment costs,ring cutting group is superior to the cold knife conization group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the amount of bleeding and postoperative vaginal bleeding time after operation,cold knife conization group was superior to the ring cutting group,difference comparison was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;the postoperative recurrence rate,cold knife conization group was lower than the ring cutting group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure and cold knife conization can achieve good results for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of gradeⅡ-Ⅲ.LEEP shorter operation time,less bleeding,lower the cost of treatment,and cervical cold knife conization in the postoperative vaginal bleeding time,postoperative bleeding has more advantages,and the recurrence rate is shorter,more clinical significance.
