摘　　要： 随着社会的不断发展,社会对专业型人才的需求越来越大,虽然我国每年都有很多的高校毕业生,但是依然不能满足社会的需求。"订单式"人才培养模式是当前学校为社会输送专业型人才使用比较多的模式,且取得了比较客观的效果。本文对民办本科高校"订单式"人才模式进行分析,对其中存在的问题进行了概括,并提出了相应的建议。 With the continuous development of society,the demand for professional talents is increasing.Although there are many college graduates in China every year,they still can＇t meet the needs of the society.The training mode of＂order type＂is a relatively more objective model for the current schools to use professional talents for social transportation,and has achieved more objective results.This paper analyzes the ＂order type＂talent model in private colleges and universities,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
