摘　　要： 目的研究在剖宫产中应用改良褥式减张缝合术的临床效果。方法本文数据计算中以双盲法将2017年4月至2018年4月期间收治的200例需行剖宫产终止妊娠孕妇进行分组研究,一组收入100例患者,参照组腹部剖宫产切口实施间断式缝合术,改良组腹部剖宫产切口实施改良褥式减张缝合术,比较改良组与参照组剖宫产终止妊娠孕妇的腹部切口疤痕愈合效果差异。结果改良组剖宫产终止妊娠孕妇的腹部切口缝线反应情况、愈合效果、伤口疤痕厚度与参照组比较,腹部切口缝线反应小,愈合好,疤痕厚度及宽带等径线明显减小,P<0.05,统计学数据指标显示论证分析意义。结论将改良褥式减张缝合术应用在剖宫产中在不增加产后出血及延长愈合时间的前提下可减轻患者伤口麻木刺痛瘙痒等感觉,减轻疤痕增生,促进伤口愈合。 Objective To study the clinical effect of modified bedding reduction suture in cesarean section. Methods In the data calculation, 200 pregnant women who needed cesarean section to terminate pregnancy from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into two groups. A group of 100 patients were enrolled in the study. The abdominal cesarean section incision of the reference group was treated with intermittent suture, and the modified abdominal cesarean section incision was treated with modified bedfold tension suture. The effect of abdominal incision scar healing between the improved group and the control group was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the abdominal incision suture reaction and healing effect of the modified group were smaller and better, and the scar thickness and broadband equal diameter line were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The statistical data showed the significance of demonstration and analysis. Conclusion The application of modified mattress tension reduction suture in cesarean section can reduce the feeling of numbness, pruritus, scar hyperplasia and promote wound healing without increasing postpartum hemorrhage and prolonging healing time.
