摘　　要： 目的探究综合护理干预预防社区老年高血压或糖尿病患者跌倒的应用效果。方法 100例老年高血压或糖尿病患者,按照数字随机法分为常规组与研究组,每组50例。常规组患者进行一般护理,研究组患者进行综合护理干预。比较两组患者对跌倒危险因素的认知情况与跌倒发生率。结果研究组患者对跌倒危险因素认知合格率88.0%高于常规组62.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=9.013,P=0.003<0.05)。研究组患者跌倒发生率8.0%低于常规组26.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.741,P=0.017<0.05)。结论对社区老年高血压或糖尿病患者给予综合护理干预措施可明显提高患者对跌倒危险因素的认知程度,提高患者的健康意识,值得推荐采纳。 Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in falls prevention of community senile hypertension or diabetes patients.Methods A total of100senile hypertension or diabetes patients were divided by random number method into conventional group and research group,with50cases in each group.The conventional group received general nursing,and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Comparison were made on cognitive profile of risk factors and incidence of falls in two groups.Results The research group had higher cognitive qualification rate of fall risk factors as88.0%than62.0%in the conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=9.013,P=0.003<0.05).The research group had lower incidence of falls as8.0%than26.0%in the conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=5.741,P=0.017<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can clearly increase the cognitive degree of fall risk factors of community senile hypertension or diabetes patients,and improve their health consciousness.So it is worth recommendation and adoption.
