摘　　要： 回顾古今中外药学发展历程,提出"整合药学"的概念,结合不同领域阐释其内涵,分析各国药学人才培养现状,论述当前建立整合药学教育体系的必要性与前瞻性,试图找到更切合人类健康需求和社会发展需要的药学发展之路。 By reviewing the development of pharmacy home and aboard in all ages,the paper proposes＂Holistic Integrated Pharmacy ＂ concept and its connotation is expounded in different combination contexts. The necessity and perspective of establishing a holistic integrated pharmacy education system are discussed by analyzing the current cultivation situation of pharmaceutical talents in various countries,attempting to find a more suitable way of pharmacy development for the demand of human health and social development.
