摘 要: 喹乙醇已成为影响食品质量安全的重要因素之一。本文主要介绍了喹乙醇的理化性质、毒性作用,归纳分析了近年来喹乙醇及其主要代谢物检测技术研究进展,为今后喹乙醇残留检测提供参考。 This paper summarized the research progress of the physical and chemical properties,toxicity of olaquindox.The research progress of the detection technology of olaquindox and its main metabolite in recent years were summarized,in order to provide reference for its further research.
