摘　　要： 目的:对重症孕产妇救治工作进行优化管理,更大限度发挥快速反应团队的(RRT)作用。方法:通过组建团队、现况调研,针对缺陷因素制定了简化预警标准、提高启动RRT呼叫有效性、采用医务人员标准化沟通方法、加强团队的配合能力等改进措施,并评价改进效果。结果:改进措施实施后,重症孕产妇发生病情变化的处理时间从(32.26±4.38)min缩短至(21.46±3.87)min;有效处理率由88.5%提高至93.2%;ICU入住率由5.4%降至3.9%。结论:快速反应团队工作模式的优化管理,有效缩短了重症孕产妇的处理时间,提高了重症孕产妇的救治成功率,改善了母婴结局。 Objective： To optimize the process of the Rapid Response Team（RRT） in the management of critical maternal treatment. Methods： Effective improvement measures such as simplifying the early warning standard, improving the effectiveness of starting RRT call, standardized communication among medical personnel, strengthening the team＇s ability, were formulated, improved and evaluated for the defect factors after the team construction and investigation of its current status. Results： After the implementation of the improvement measures, the response time was shortened from（32.26±4.38） min to（21.46±3.87） min. The effective treatment rate increased from 88.5% to 93.2 %, and the ICU occupancy rate decreased from 5.4% to 3.9%. Conclusion： Optimization and practice of rapid response team in the management of critical maternal care is helpful to reduce the response time, optimize the effective treatment rate, and improve the maternal and infants＇ outcome.
