摘　　要： 严重创伤经常并发全身炎症反应综合征（systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS）和脓毒症（spesis）,甚至进展成多器官功能障碍综合征（multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS）,危及伤员生命并增加救治难度, Trauma is defined as the damage of organs and tissues caused by external force in daily life.Due to the different of type and location of injury,there are various pathophysiological changes induced by trauma,which result high mortality and disability.Immune dysfunction which is manifested as excessive inflammatory reaction or immunesuppression is caused by major trauma frequently.Uncontrolled immune dysfunction leads to severe organ dysfunction and sacrifice eventually.Base on surface receptors and functional productions,this review summarizes the recent achievements about the markers of immune cells changes caused by trauma,and aims to improve the evaluation,diagnosis and treatment of immune dysfunction induced by trauma.
