摘　　要： 非酒精性脂肪肝、肝纤维化及肝癌是常见的肝脏疾病。但其发病机制仍不明确。而Hedgehog信号通路在组织更新及修复损伤中发挥重要作用,且包括枯否细胞在内的存在于肝组织的细胞既是Hedgehog信号通路配体的产生细胞,同时也是效应细胞,提示Hedgehog信号通路在维持肝脏生理病理方面的重要地位。此外,在肝纤维化、非酒精性脂肪肝及肝癌中均已发现突变的Hedgehog信号通路,说明Hedgehog信号通路参与了其发病过程。未来,深入研究Hedgehog信号通路在非酒精性脂肪肝、肝纤维化及肝癌中的作用,对其临床诊断、探测Hedgehog信号通路与疾病的相关性及研究特异性治疗靶点和药物具有重要意义。 Non-alcoholic fatty liver,liver fibrosis,and liver cancer are the common hepatic diseases,but the pathological mechanisms of them are unclear.Hedgehog signaling pathway plays an important role in progress of tissue renewal and damage repair,and cells in liver tissue,including Kuffer cells,are not only the production cells of Hedgehog signaling pathway ligands,but also the effector cells,suggesting that Hedgehog signaling pathway plays an important role in maintaining liver physiology and pathology.In addition,mutant Hedgehog signaling pathway has been found in liver fibrosis,non-alcoholic fatty liver and liver cancer,indicating that Hedgehog signaling pathway is involved in the pathogenesis process.In the future,in-depth study on the role of Hedgehog signaling pathway in non-alcoholic fatty liver,liver fibrosis and liver cancer will be of great significance for its clinical diagnosis,detection of the correlation between Hedgehog signaling pathway and diseases,and research on the specific therapeutic targets and drugs.
