摘 要: 目的研究不同产地、不同品种广藿香的挥发油含量及主要功效成分差异,为资源评价提供实验依据。方法测定广东各地产的几个广藿香品种的挥发油含量并对挥发油中广藿香醇和广藿香酮的含量进行测定和分析,结合各广藿香品种特性进行比较研究。结果测试的6个产地的9个不同广藿香样品中,挥发油含量最高的产于四会地豆镇(2.52%),最低的是广州龙洞的石牌广藿香(0.45%);挥发油中广藿香醇和广藿香酮含量都较高的是四会,阳春和高要的广藿香,而雷州地区产的广藿香挥发油中广藿香酮的含量以及广州龙洞的石牌广藿香中的广藿香醇的含量都极低。结论广东各地种植的广藿香挥发油质量差异除了环境影响因素外,主要与种植品种有关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the herbal quality differences of Pogostemon cablin(Blanco.) Benth(patchouli) grown in different area of Guangdong province.METHODS The herbs of Pogostemon cablin were harvested in November,air dried in shade and cut into pieces,and extracted volatile oil by the wet distillation.The patchouli oil was analyzed the two major compounds,patchoulol and pagostone qualitatively and quantitatively by GC.RESULTS The contents of essential oil were variable in different culture area′s patchouli,among them,the highest content was from Sihui,which is 2.52%;while the ShiPai cultivar from Longdong,Guangzhou,showed the lowest content,which is 0.45%.The patchouli oil from Shihui,Yangchun and Gaoyao had high content both of patchoulol and pogotone,while the patchouli oil from Leizhou got high Patchoulol content and low pogostone,and vice vasa in the ShiPai cultivar from Longdong,Guangzhou.CONCLUSION The quality of patchouli was effected not only by environmental condition but also by genotype of cultivar.
