摘　　要： 目的:研究中医补肾调周法在围绝经期综合症(PMS)中的应用效果及机制。方法:将110例PMS患者随机分为观察组(n=55,常规疗法+补肾调周法)、对照组(n=55,常规疗法)各55例,观察两组疗效、月经改善情况、治疗前后血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、β-内啡肽(β-EOP)及磷酸化细胞外调节蛋白激酶(pERK)、kisspeptin-10水平与不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后平均月经周期、平均月经经期较对照组延长,而月经量多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清E2、NE水平高于对照组,而FSH、β-EOP及外周血pERK、kisspeptin-10水平较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾调周法可明显提高对PMS的治疗效果,改善其性激素水平,可能通过下调下丘脑神经递质及以pERK、kisspeptin-10分子为介导发挥对下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的调控作用。 Objective:To study the application effect and mechanism research of TCM tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle method in perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods:11 Opatients with PMS were randomly divided into observation group(n=55,conventional therapy combined with tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle method)and the controlled group(n=55,conventional therapy),55cases in each group.The curative effect,menstrual improvement,levels of serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),norepinephrine(NE),p-endorphin(p-EOP),phosphorylated extracellular regulated protein kinase(pERK)and kisspeptin-lObefore and after treatment and adverse reactions in both groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The average menstrual cycle and average menstrual period of the observation group were longer than those of the controlled group,while the menstrual volume was large than the controlled group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum E2 and NE in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the controlled group,while the levels of FSHK,p-EOP,peripheral blood pERK and kisspeptin-lOwere lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle method can significantly improve the curative effect on PMS and improve levels of sex hormones.It may regulate the hypothalamus-hypophysis-ovary axis by down regulating hypothalamic neurotransmitters and with pERK and kisspeptinlOas mediate.
