摘 要: 目的比较巴西蜂胶与国产蜂胶中总黄酮和总酚酸质量分数及其清除DPPH自由基活性差异。方法以14份巴西蜂胶和12份国产蜂胶样品为研究对象,以芦丁为对照品,采用直接比色法和Al 3+螯合比色法测定其总黄酮质量分数,以没食子酸为对照品,采用Folin-Ciocalteu法测定总酚酸质量分数;同时比较其DPPH自由基清除能力。结果上述巴西蜂胶和国产蜂胶样品乙醇提取物质量分数分别为(52.42±3.61)%和(43.68±14.60)%;直接比色法测得总黄酮质量分数分别为(5.91±1.68)%和(10.01±3.85)%,Al 3+螯合法测得总黄酮质量分数分别为7.17%±2.25%和13.51%±6.26%;总酚酸质量分数分别(11.34±2.85)%和(16.98±6.46)%;2组样品的上述项目差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。巴西蜂胶和国产蜂胶清除DPPH自由基的EC 50值分别为(47.28±21.51)、(34.61±21.14)μg/mL;2组比较差异无统计学意义。结论巴西蜂胶的总黄酮和总酚酸质量分数均低于国产蜂胶,但其清除DPPH自由基活性差异无统计学意义。 Objective To compare the content of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in Brazilian propolis and Chinese propolis,and study their free radical scavenging capacity.Methods 14 batches of Brazilian propolis and 12 batches of Chinese propolis were tested.The content of total flavonoids was determined by direct colorimetry and Al 3+chelating colorimetry with rutin as the reference substance.The content of total phenolic acids was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu reagent with gallic acid as the reference substance.All the tested propolis samples abilities of free radical scavenging were also determined.Results The content of ethanol extract in tested Brazilian and Chinese propolis samples were 52.42%±3.61%and 43.68%±14.60%,respectively.The content of total flavonoids in the tested Brazilian and Chinese propolis samples were 5.91%±1.68%and 10.01%±3.85%by the direct colorimetry method,while the content of total flavonoids in the tested Brazilian and Chinese propolis samples were 7.17%±2.25%and 13.51%±6.26%after chelating with Al(NO 3)3.The content of total phenolic acids in tested Brazilian and Chinese propolis samples were(11.34%±2.85)%and(16.98%±6.46)%.There were significant differences in the above items between the two groups(P<0.01).The EC 50 values of tested samples free radical scavenging capacity were 47.28±21.51μg/mL and 34.61±21.14μg/mL,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The content of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in Brazilian propolis was lower than that in Chinese propolis,but there was no significant difference in DPPH free radical scavenging activity between Brazilian propolis and Chinese propolis.
