摘　　要： "一带一路"教育合作理念为香港高等教育发挥独特区位优势和拓展外向型发展提供了千载难逢的机遇。"一带一路"在全方位推进阶段与香港高等教育优势互补、互利共赢,形成了程度深远、态势良好的双向互动模式:一方面,"一带一路"为香港高等教育走向国际化、建设教育枢纽、寻求联盟合作创造了良好的政策与时空环境;另一方面,香港高校以其卓越的办学水平在"一带一路"人才输出、文化互认、科研合作方面作出了突出贡献。 The concept of educational cooperation of"the Belt and Road"provides a golden opportunity for Hongkong higher education to play a unique geographical role and expand its export-oriented development. This study argues that"the Belt and Road"and Hongkong higher education complement each other with advantages and benefit each other to get a win-win result in the stage of all-round promotion,forming a far-reaching and well-developed interactive mode. On the one hand,"the Belt and Road"creates a good policy and space-time environment for Hongkong higher education in the aspect of international tendency,construction of education hub and alliance cooperation; on the other hand,universities in Hongkong,with their excellent schooling level,make great contributions to talents' output,mutual culture recognition and research cooperation.
