摘　　要： 高校党员档案是高校学生档案的重要组成部分,记载着大学生从成为入党积极分子到转为正式党员的成长轨迹。当前高校学生党员档案管理存在诸多问题,为了规范学生党员档案管理,提高学生党员档案利用率,需要高校不断完善党员档案管理制度,统一党员档案管理规范;提升党员档案管理意识,加强队伍专业化培训;提高党员档案利用率,拓展党员档案服务功能;完善党员档案信息系统,实现党员先进事迹互通。 College student＇s record and Party member＇s file is a vital part of documentation management. It records the member＇s each growing footprints as a student from a Party activists to be a formal Party member.Currently,this record management has some drawbacks such us the lack of specifications,difficuty in unifying the managements,weakness in awareness,multiple roles of the management,merely focusing on file collection with outdated information and no much creativity. In order to standardize the management and to improve the utilization rate of student Party members files,there＇s no doubt that the college should constantly improve the system of the management. By unifying the archive specification of management,by improving the awareness of Party file management,and by strengthening the professional knowledge about team training,we can improve the utilization rate of Party member files,expand the rate of activeness of Party member in service,build Party members file management system,and upgrading the publicity of the advanced deeds of the members.
