摘 要: 目的探讨儿科急诊分诊标准的实施效果,为减少医疗纠纷和事故、保障医疗安全提供科学的参考。方法选取2015年1—12月收治的2600例患儿为研究对象,以实行预检分诊干预之前(2015年1—6月)的1300例患儿为对照组,实施儿科评估三角(PAT)的预诊干预(2015年7—12月)的1300例患儿为干预组。患儿监护人根据护理服务、分诊候诊时间、分诊候诊程序、候诊区环境四方面评价对护士的满意度;并比较2组儿科急门诊延误诊治率。结果干预组满意度明显提高于对照组((94.31%比79.15%,P<0.05));干预组延误诊治率低于对照组(0.54%比2.92%,P<0.05)。结论儿科急门诊PAT模式的应用能增加患者满意度,提高诊断效率。 Objective To investigate the effect of implementing triage standard in pediatric emergency,and to provide a scientific reference for reducing medical disputes and accidents and guaranteeing medical safety.Methods A total of 2600 children treated from January to December2015 in our hospital were selected as the subjects.Among them,1300 children who did not received preliminary clinical intervention between January and June were chosen as the control group,and 1300 children who received preliminary intervention with pediatric assessment triangle(PAT)between June and December as the intervention group.The satisfaction with nurses was evaluated by guardians according to nursing service,time of triage and awaiting diagnosis,procedures of triage and awaiting diagnosis,and environment of waiting area.In addition,the delayed diagnosis and treatment rate was compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction with nurses in intervention group was higher than that in control group(94.31%vs 79.15%,P〈0.05),and the delayed diagnosis and treatment rate in intervention group was lower than that in control group(0.54% vs 2.92%,P〈0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PAT system can improve patient satisfaction and increase diagnostic efficiency in pediatric emergency department.
