摘 要: 通过分析镁合金材料的特点及热旋压成形时的难点问题,从可旋性、宏观成形质量、微观组织及织构演变等方面总结了镁合金热旋压成形的研究现状及其不足。研究发现,对镁合金可旋性的研究仅考虑了温度的影响,且现有研究主要采用实物试验法;热旋压成形时易产生开裂、隆起等缺陷及壁厚不均匀、圆度过大等质量问题;旋压温度及壁厚减薄率是影响微观组织均匀性的主要因素;镁合金旋压成形过程中易形成织构并产生织构强化或软化现象。因此,探索热旋压时可旋性的表征方法、构建旋压工艺参数与成形质量的关系模型、揭示热旋压过程微观组织及织构的动态演变规律,以实现成形质量、微观组织及织构的精确预测与调控,这将是未来镁合金热旋压成形技术的研究重点。 By analyzing characteristics of magnesium alloy and problems of hot spinning,the current research status and shortcomings were summarized from the aspects of spinnability,macro-forming quality,microstructure and texture evolutions during the hot spinning of magnesium alloy. The results show that only the influence of forming temperature on the spinnability of magnesium alloy is investigated,and the actual part test is mainly adopted. However,the defects of cracks and bulges and the quality problems of uneven wall thickness and excessive roundness occur easily during the hot spinning process,and the spinning temperature and thinning ratio of wall thickness are the major influencing factors on the uniformity of microstructure. Furthermore,the texture forms easily and the phenomenon of texture strengthening or softening may occur during the hot spinning process of magnesium alloy. Therefore,exploring the characterization method of spinnablity,establishing the relationship model between spinning parameters and forming quality and revealing the dynamic evolution rules of microstructure and texture during the hot spinning process will be the research hotspot of hot spinning technology for magnesium alloy in the future to realize the accurate prediction and control of forming quality,microstructure and texture.
